Dough (perfect Mürbteig!):
200 g flour
125 g butter
70 g sugar
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
breadcrumbs
rhubarb
Topping:
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
1 cup pecans, chopped
1.) Combine 5 first ingredients into a dough. Spread into greased Kaiser spring form. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
2.) Peel rhubarb and cut into 1 inch pieces.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and place roast at lowest setting.
Spread rhubarb on dough and bake for about 10 minutes.
To make the Streusel:
Place flour, sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon in food processor and process to combine. Add the butter and pecans. Plus until the nuts and butter have been broken down into small pebble sized pieces (about 10 pluses).
Add topping mixture and continue baking until golden brown.
